We spent a long family weekend in Madrid and Manuel's flat is well located, close to shops and transport, but even on foot you can do a lot of things. The flat is very functional. Only one room overlooking the street is noisy, the rest of the flat matches the description. There were 8 of us and we were all delighted with our stay.
